Table of Content from Subheadlines

Add ~subheadIndex-h3 (Change the h3 to h2,h3 or h4 — depending on which sub headlines you’ve used) to the bottom of the page and a script will automatically create a table of contents that links to each sub headline and will at a top of page link.

Add ~subheadIndex-links near the top of the page or wherever you want the Table of Content links to appear.
